Densely populated, vulnerable to natural disasters, and with 40% of the population living on less than 50 pence per day, Bangladesh faces enormous challenges.
Yet much progress is being made by Bangladeshis, who are passionate about seeing positive change in their country. Concern Universal is supporting them to become more resilient to climate change, by working with communities to help them to prepare for disaster and reduce loss of life. With local partner organisations, we’re also helping to improve health care and combat human trafficking.
