She joined CU in May 2007 as Programme Manager and has over 13 year’s experience in rural development, working with international NGOs. Before joining CU Juliette worked with TechnoServe in Ghana for 8 years focusing on business solutions to rural poverty and supporting small to medium scale agro-enterprises to operate viable business with opportunities for wealth creation for the bottom poor. Over the years, Juliette has managed projects in Sustainable Livelihoods, Microfinance, WASH, and Disaster Risk Reduction and Response. In her role as Programme Director, she provided leadership and management oversight for Programmes Department including funding proposal development, project management support to programme staff, and with responsibility for Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting (ME&R). Juliette holds an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana, B.Sc. Agriculture (Agricultural Economics), and Diploma in Development Leadership from St. Francis Xavier University, Canada. Juliette is also a trained Sphere trainer.

Vida holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies and has 3 years passionate working experience with Concern Universal Ghana. As part of her contribution to the running of the organisation, she provides logistics for workshops and travel for both administration and programme staff; assists in field monitoring; helps in research work and manages the front desk. Additionally, she provides support to the Finance and Administrative Officer in most transactions that take place in the CU Ghana Country Programme. Prior to joining Concern Universal, Vida worked as Office Assistant at Achimota Hospital in Accra.
