The course has been designed to meet the needs of Managers and Directors (and Organisations) in any field whose role, now or in the future, involves strategic contribution, of some significance, to their organisation. This might involve cross-cultural working (either internally or externally), or working with or in the developing world. Steve Kamtimaleka from Goal Malawi took part in the first course last year. He said, "It’s a very insightful course and really good for leaders both experienced and inexperienced – BRAVO!!" Julia Rennie, the propietor of Puddleducks said, “If there was a choice between doing this course here in Malawi or doing it in the UK – I’d recommend Malawi. Don’t hesitate to take this opportunity.” The course will take place twice each year and is designed to expose the learnable art of leadership in the unique setting of learning with others from different cultures, countries and continents. Throughout the experience, delegates will build their self-awareness, review their talents and discover their preferred leadership style.
