Impact reports
Our work has benefited 2.3 million people in 2010-11. We
increased access to food, improved healthcare, upheld
people’s rights to basic services, developed skills and
increased resilience to natural hazards.
This year’s Impact Report focuses on food security and
sustainable livelihoods. Through agricultural development,
nurturing natural resources and enabling access to microfinance and
markets, Concern Universal improved the livelihoods of 150,875
people in 10 countries in 2010-11.
Reporting on impact is a critical part of accountability, not
just to those who fund us, but also to the people we exist to
serve.
In 2009 Concern Universal published its first Impact Report sealing
a commitment to report on impact across all the country programmes
we work in. The organisational Impact Report is published
annually to inform all of our stakeholders what we are doing well
and what we canimprove to enhance the impact and quality of our
work.
